Over Night scalp treatment

Heeey everyone , well today has been a very Long day well my scalp has been feeling kind of tight and dry so tonight i will be applying an over Night scalp treatment. I hope you understand there is a difference and you do need to apply hair treatments as well as scalp treatment from time to time. By applying a scalp treatment you are conditioning your scalp so that it is left in a healthy, moisturize state and as u know a healthy scalp will promote hair growth. In the pic you will see my NATURAL cream witch has coconut oil, rose mary and lots of other great benefical oils added to it. I will be applying that since it has all i need but you can use just coconut oil if thats all u have. Coconut is an amazing oil i use it in so many different ways it simply works wonders .  Ok so I am off to apply my plastic cap and bonnet til Morning. Lets get our scalp right ladies having moisturize hair with a dry scalp is no bueno (no good) and slows down your hair growth. Xo

Thankful for you

Good morning I want to take the time to say happy thanks giving to all my blog friends. I hope you have a blessed day rather you are spendig it alone, with family, or friends maybe even strangers why not ? There is nothing wrong with making new friends but just be thankful not just to day but everyday, embrace your blessing . I know life can make us feel depress at times but know there is always someone out there who would rather live your life. protecting your edges during winter, do u experience a lot of breakage

hey ladies are you experiencing breakage ? are those edges feeling brittle and just snapping off daily ? I want you to think about how you are treating them really sit back and ask yourself have I been properly taking care of my edges. I love me some cute wool winter hats and scarfs but did you know they can damage your edges as well. yes the hats and even scarfs rub against your edges sucking up all the moisturizer you applied to them and break's your hair. I truly suggest you getting some silk or even satin material and sewing it to the inside of your hat or even simply wearing a bonnet underneath your hat because who is going to see it anyways lol, even for your scarfs apply a silk scarf on your neck first , then apply your fancy scarf on top of the silk on, this way the silk scarf is the main scarf touching the edges on the nape of your neck . Ladies I can not stress to you enough that you must constantly apply your moisturizing cream to your edges daily , I myself apply my own natural cream that has very powerful ingredients like rose marry that helps with hair loss.
 Avoid styles that put tension in that area because even if you are applying the cream or wearing silk under hats etc.. your hair will still continuing to break if you continue to wear tight pulling styles. I think sometimes you just have to let your edges be don't braid it , weave it, constantly brush it etc. just apply your treatment and let it be, edges take a lot of abuse so be patient, it may take up to a year to fully grow in. Cover your hair PLEASE with a satin scarf every night after you apply your moisturizer put your satin bonnet over your entire head, Some people would add the use of a silk/satin pillowcase witch I use as well sometimes and it also works well, cotton pillow cases suck the oils out of your hair leaving it dry and brittle. hope this helped you in some way :)

hello my friends I love being creative and I have created this awsome natural hair and body butter as some of you already dived in lol . I have started this almost a year ago when I started hearing family members and friends tell me how dry and damage their hair and skin was and I did not know of a good moisturize product that would have all the properties that would take care of certain skin conditions like  dry and sensitive skin, soothing for sore, cracked skin, sun burn, itchiness, insect bites, rashes and eczema, as well as dry scalp, dandruff, itchiness, breakage etc.. at least not all in one . so I decided to start studying oils and other certain ingredients that work together and do the job . it took me several months of researching but I truly enjoyed and still enjoying searching because there is nothing wrong with improvement ever. So my friends did you know shea butter  provides moisture to dry and damaged hair from the roots to the tips, leaving it healthy and shiny. Because it’s rich in vitamins A and E, shea butter soothes dryness, repairs breakage, and mends split ends.

• know this my friends not all shea butter are created equal and I do not promote or recommend those that have chemicals added or fillers etc..I truly enjoy giving this as gifts last year and they loved my body scrubs and creams :) another ingredient that i use that I think u should know about is rose marry oil The oil is derived from the rosemary plant and is very useful for dandruff problems and flaky itchy scalp.
