Another great smoothie to try

Hey everyone so lately i been wanting to make a diffrent smoothie and sweet potatoe been on my mind so Yup u guess it a sweet potatoe smoothie but of course i added more it was sweet potatoe, papaya, bannana ,i even added a lil cinnamon to spice the taste . Oh and I boiled the sweet potatoe before and and let it cool ;) let me know if u enjoyed this was so yummy and good for u .         Xoxochyna.  Ohhh Wait this is optional so where u see my shake looks a lil chocolate its cuz i added a lil extra protein to my glass so yummy still 

ingredients:

1 wholes small papaya

2 sweet potatoes

4 bananas

cinnamin/nutme to taste

1% milk

Semi formal

Its the night of s semi formal and Sophia told me she really did not want a updo with all her hair up but she did want curls and a braid of some sort that was going to look fancy enough for her beautiful gown she was going to wear . So I decided to do the curls with a nice side swept braid that flowed Nicely into the curls. She looked so beautiful

Yup she is natural and decided to blow out her hair today she is not even quite  2 years  natural yet and look how far she came since getting the  big chop yes we started from the bottom now we here lol

Super excited guys cuz today i had a client Who came from Cleveland Ohio  to get her hair done by guess Who yup thats absolutely correct hair artistry by chyna ;) yes she was traveling to Boston any how but it was because of my online advertising/work that she decide to give me a try . So today we did a cut and ombre color effect .. she is a Beautiful woman Who travels alot but I am now her boston stylist ;)

She has very Long hair as u Can see and today she is getting it cut . Yes it still will be Long but it will be alot lighter and more playful . Ladies have u ever had ur hair so Long that it just would not hold a curl or anything ? How Long is too Long for u?
