Well my friends there is nothing worse than loosing your hair due to Lake of PROFESSIONAL treatments .you may think you got your hair all under control but the thing is hair is like a tree it just breaks off lil by lil until its empty so my point is if u keep doing all these crazy unhealthy things to your hair it will break off. Once a month you should be getting a salón reconstructor treatment and inbetween those deep moisture treatments so lets treat now before we have to start from the bottom .
