I have been a LICENSED HAIRDRESSER for 12 years now and til this very day I lov it like the first day, funny thing is I went to college for criminal justice $$$ lol but hey we all try things ,I had no thought of cosmetology school because it was just a natural thing i did all through high school and college and never even notice my gift until this wonderful girl came up to me and said please don't get offended but i think u are in the wrong field all everyone talks about is you doing their hair lol how dare she lol na but God bless that girl for opening my eyes, you see sometime we don't even realize our talents until someone points them out to you and now a days you better appreciate when people do because it doesn't happen often and it should .I have no problem complimenting etc. another person . I have invested THOUSANDSS of DOLLARS in my careers oh and that sally may loan  smh lol. I am so happy to have a zumba instructors licenses under my belt as well . I just feel so complete now well yal know me I will be licenses for more things cuz I just cant stop but what I really want to say is even after all this time I never think I know it all , I will continue to keep my ears and eyes open to learning new things because you can never ever stop learning and I want to provide you the very best that I can. I spend $$$$$$$$$$$ on PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS because thats what U should get when u come to a salon SO WHEN U SEE SUAVE,RAIN, MAIN N TAIL UMMM WHAT ELSE LOL ETC. Kayla make ova happy 21

So Kayla been wanting a new look for a while but was not sure to do it but tonight was the Night ,day before her b day her new look is sassy and it brings so much more fullness and flow to her hair now. kayla's hair was blk with light Brown ends and I gave her a nice golden copper tone with a pop of blonde . Thankful Kayla trust me with her surprise change cuz she Did not know what to suspect :) here is the b4 pic, before cut , and after pic since we forgot to take a before pic we used one she already had but her hair now had so much black newgrowth all the way down only ends was light.

Working out just start and u will feel the difference

Hey all hope all is well for me things always could be Better but I tell you this I am so very bless to be Here . I am thankful for every single day God gives me. I am also super excited about my work out progress yes i live a healthy life as much as possible but lately the eating and workouts I been doing have made me feel amazing . I use to wait on that partner friend to work out with me but when they dont show neither do i lol yal know that feelin ,but now I have got to the point where I push myself rain or shine people or non i am out there working out. The great thing about my workouts now is now that I just Get up and go more people just come join me when I tell my where abouts . Why wait til the new year , why wait til Monday , start living better now Get all the things around u that are positive and motivational and begin ,if u feel the rush to start now at 11 pm then go for it stop holding bac on things that make u feel and look great. Oval Face

So todays i got this lil creative itch to do a lil something new ,with hair of course lol so since my client Lovs to try new things and be different.she agree to me doing a Peek-a-boo yes i have done so many but never have I Did 2 colors on one strip of hair. On ty's hair we Did a red faded into purple the color is not so clear  because I took with my camera phone  but its poppin in the Sun  :) POW  Lov it

blanca's twins very first hair cut ever :)

so today I got the honor to cut my friends twin girls hair , this was there very first hair cut ever and they did an awsome job with being very still cuz as we all know its not easy sitting in a salon lol well here are the pics of the 2 princessa's and there hair I will be donating to be used to make wigs for cancer patients and if any of you would like to support a great cause please contact me . oh and sorry I dont have the before pics of the hair but trust me it was long down their back and mommy got fancy too :)

I need to have a ladies hair gossip night because as many of you already know I am not just a hairdresser I am a hair care stylist yes there is a difference and I want to make sure my clients hair is in its best condition, healthy hair comes first. I see alot of battling going on between natural and relax hair and their is nothing wrong with having either its your choices my problem is when you make an uneducated choice. Relaxer does not just break hair off if so everyone would be bald, the problem is who applied, how was it applied, with what was it applied, and the steps you took afterwards to take care of relax hair. there is just so much things about hair to gossip about and I'm not in any way putting anyone down but I simply just want you to have the correct knowledge about hair issues and how you can fix your problems  ALSO and I repeat natural hair still needs hair care maybe even a step above relaxer hair yes you can be natural and still have unhealthy damage hair , yes it still can break and if you don't stay on top of your hair care you will be in a bad situation no care hair breaks down slowly, if you playing with chemicals your risking playing with your hair in your hands . Pow pow pow yup thats all I can start to say about my morning actually my whole day is going great. I surprise my friend this morning by going to her sat morning 10 am  zumba class at latín beat fitness Studio in malden ma. And she was amazing . I hear people say all the time I am Going to be lost in class because I dont know the moves and honestly I as well said that to myself before and today was My first time in flows class and I knew not one song she Did but I sure felt like I did because she gave  great  cueing and easy to follow steps that anyone can do when you are able to follow you get the best out of your workouts of course u may Miss a Step or 2 we all do but I promise ,you Will get it right and quickly. I so Lov my zfam they are all amazing at LATIN BEAT so come on down and follow the instructors as we dance to the beat. Xoxo

My first song I instructed in class

OMG so last week I  instructed my first zumba song in class it was the most amazing rush I ever felt . I always do zumba at home or with fam but its just a different feeling when u actually instructing a class and I cant wait to start my very own class I am so so grateful that lauren have me the chance to instruct her class. Thank u so much we all start somewhere and we have to appreciate every helping hand,every kind heart xo

Here is loa and her new hair doo . I cut off all her hair to spice up her look a bit she was nervouse but been wanting to do this and today we did.
